The space The house has 4+1 bedrooms with two bathrooms. If including a granny flat, then we will have 6 Rooms. If your group requires a Granny Flat (1 bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen, one living room), an additional $125 per night is a separate charge. Some travelers prefer to have their room, so you will need to book a granny flat for the fifth independent room. It's an excellent place for a large family reunion. The house can accommodate more than several people, such as a small school excursion of up to 18 people. Please contact us to inquire about our bedding arrangements. Gathering Party is permitted to host your private function, such as a wedding, birthday, or other special occasion. Subject to the number of your total guests, an affordable, functional, and clean fee $ will be applied based on the number of your guests (maximum 40). Please inquire first. Guest access For your booking, you will access the main house. We usually will lock our granny Flat. If you have only five ppl to stay, we are sure the current layout is already suitable for your group. Suppose you type your number of ppl less than 2. We will only leave the number of rooms you enter for your guests. Suppose you will need 6 or 7 rooms. We suggest booking our granny's flat. It has a moveable bed in the living room and one formal bedroom.
