Includes bed linen, towels and bath towels. We know that in these times, cleanliness is on everyone's mind, so you can be sure that our place will be clean, safe and ready for your arrival. ★ Services: - Parking for an additional fee (1 parking space). - Free WiFi and cable TV. - Hot/cold climate control. • Check for crib availability if needed. ★ Maintenance: - Please throw the trash in the individual trash cans of the unit and, before leaving, place it in the integral trash cans of the building, located on the side walls of the outside of the building, which have black sheet metal doors. - Do not have the air conditioner on with the doors/windows open, as this can cause serious damage. Our cleaners make sure all windows are closed upon arrival and document it on video. Any damage to the air conditioner will be billed to the guest through the Airbnb Resolution Center with proof from the plumber. - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause blockages in the pipes. Plumbing fees will be charged through the resolution center with proof from the plumber. Guest access The entrances to our building are easy to recognize. We have a pedestrian access by stairs and a side ramp; and parallel to it, a vehicle access on the same front. The building has a keyless entry system to ensure the safety of all our guests. You can access it through security codes that we will provide hours before your check-in. We will give you a code to enter on foot, which you must enter on the smart keyboard located on the entrance door, and another code to enter the lockbox at the entrance to your unit where your keys will be found. Other things to note Our building is located in an area with many amenities around it, in addition to having its own garages.
