Located in a small hilltop village of about 1,000 inhabitants, it is ideal for those seeking relaxation, nature, and authenticity. Located about 50 minutes from Cagliari-Elmas Airport and 40 minutes from the beaches, it is perfect for hikers, cyclists, families, and travelers who want to discover inland Sardinia. The space The accommodation is an entire apartment on the ground floor, spacious and cozy, with two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a relaxation area, and a bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, ideal for families or small groups. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals on your own, including local products purchased in the village. There are two air conditioners: one in the master bedroom and one in the living area; the living area also has a sofa bed. The apartment is designed to offer a simple, comfortable, and relaxing stay, suitable for both short trips and multi-day stays. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by Luisella or Mosè, who will show you around the property, explain how the main amenities work, and provide you with everything you might need for your stay. Access is easy and convenient. Before your arrival, we will send you directions on how to easily get to the house. Other things to note Silius is a small, quiet town in the Gerrei area, ideal for those seeking peace, relaxation, and authenticity away from the hustle and bustle. In the town, there are grocery stores, cheese shops, cafés, a pizzeria, an ATM, and a post office. The accommodation has air conditioning to ensure comfort even during the hottest periods. Upon request, we can provide a selection of packaged breakfast items that you can enjoy on your own at your preferred times. The service has a small extra cost.
