Sink into the comfortable sofa in the living room, watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen 65-inch Smart TV, or cozy up by the fireplace during colder evenings. Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances and all the essentials you need. Additionally, a loft area awaits with a standing desk, catering to those who require a workspace or a serene study environment. This setup ensures loved ones can partake in the fun while effectively managing their work obligations. This is ideal for reading and relaxing. With three bedrooms, this house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. There is a fee for addional guest. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, boasts a comfortable queen-sized Sally orthopedic bed. Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Sized Beds. Bedroom 3: 2 Queen Size beds. All beds come with clean linens. All bedrooms are equipped with ACs (May 1-Sept 1) Guest access This rental offers easy access to a wide range of outdoor activities. For those seeking a little more excitement, visit the nearby water parks or try your luck at the local casinos. All guests have access to the community pool, beach and lake during the summer. This is not a gated community. The community does not allowed renters from using their own boats but there are nearby lakes that do allow them. ********[Memorial Day to Labor Day Only] The entrance door has a digital lock. Access code will beprovided prior to arrival. Kitchen - is fully equipped with essential appliances such as an air fryer, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and more. Games: Game board are available and some patio large games We also don't have crontrol over the community rules and decision of some amenities closing, open fire of any kind, pool or lake
