State Route 106 is the main road in Union, but some side roads are worth mentioning like Dalby Road which takes you to our local bank, Chevron gas station and Union Square Deli our local coffee shop. McReavy road takes you to the city of Shelton where you can find Walmart and larger grocery stores. Our famous Highway 101 heading north takes you to neighboring towns like Hoodsport, Lilliwaup and Hama Hama. Please use extra caution when exiting from Mushroom Patch Cottage as State Route 106 can be very busy during peak summer and fall months. The cottage is situated behind our NEW wine bar at Hood Canalè with outdoor seating and a fun pizza truck. We own the 2 waterfront vacation rentals (Selkie & Mushroom Patch) as well as Hood Canalè allowing guest's a convenient option for dining, recreation and relaxing on the shores of Hood Canal. You may hear some noise from guest's dining just past the bamboo fence, but nothing past 10PM (during peak season). It has been our experience that the guest noise is very minimal with no complaints.
