Upstairs: • 1 Bedroom – King bed with ensuite bathroom • 1 Bedroom – King bed with shared bathroom • 1 Bedroom – Queen bed with shared bathroom and a workspace Downstairs: • 1 Bedroom/Office – Queen Murphy bed and a workspace with a full bathroom across the hall Upstairs, the primary suite will have you feeling pampered. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, from your own in-room coffee bar, out on to your own personal front porch. The house is surrounded with decks and porches so you can bring the outside in and bask in that Athens sunshine. Step out onto the back upper porch – it's the perfect spot to relax, which overlooks the sizable backyard. And oh boy, that "Party Deck" in the backyard is something else! Rain or shine, you can keep Calling the Dawgs (or your favorite team’s cheer) and keep the good times rollin' with that covered pergola. And don't miss the screened porch – it's where we gather to watch TV and share stories late into the night. This house has all the bells and whistles and is the ultimate Athens getaway. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy, with off-street parking in the driveway or behind the home. Before arrival, guests will receive a code for the digital locks which can be used on the front and back doors. Other things to note Getting around is very easy. Lots of points of interests are within an easy walk/ride/drive from our home. Downtown, UGA campus, Sanford Stadium, and anything else that you might enjoy while you're in town. The new Firefly Trail and Greenway is very close where you can bike, run or go for a stroll in nature. Our neighborhood is very quiet, but yet central to lots of sights! Perfect for a relaxing & sophisticated stay in one of the best college towns in the country. This house is the place to be in Athens!!!
