This house is a short stroll 5 minutes to Cafes, Burger Joints & the General Hospital & about 12 minutes walk to local swimming pool, Coles & Nambour Train & Bus Station which takes you straight to Brisbane in just over 1 an hour or buses go to straight to Maroochydore regularly or drive to the beach or MCY Sunshine Coast Airport in 20-22 minutes. There is a beautiful waterfall just 7 minutes stroll called Cilento park and a short 10 minute stroll (2 minutes by car) to the local Aquatic Centre. Guest access The guest room has air conditioning and its own washing machine & laundry area inside the bathroom, available hanging space for clothes in the backyard and a dryer by request is available in the garage. Before booking & reviewing our airbnb please consider the location (See main heading), it is a about 15-20 minute walk to any large shopping center like Nambour Plaza & Coles but only a 12min walk to the main train station connecting to Brisbane. Only 5min walk to cafes & fish & chip shop next to Nambour General Hospital. For check in we require a meet & greet to show the Guest around & exchange keys, check-in must before 8pm. If for some reason you require a late check-in between 8pm-10pm then we will need advance notice. After 10pm check-in will not be possible. Our quiet hours are 11pm - 6am.
