End your day by gathering around the wood-burning fire pit for cozy nights under the stars. *Please note that the pool does not have a 4-sided isolation fence, so added supervision is necessary.* - The pool can be heated for $100/day. Kindly provide 48 hours' notice if you'd like to heat the pool. Never leave anyone unattended in or near the pool area. - Pool Access: The pool is accessible via steps; please use caution when entering and exiting to avoid slips or falls. - No Diving: Diving is strictly prohibited due to varying pool depths, which can lead to serious injury. - Use at Your Own Risk: The pool area is not monitored by lifeguards. All guests use the pool at their own risk. The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during your stay. By booking this property, you agree to assume all responsibility for the safety of your group and guests while using the pool. Security Cameras: Our property is equipped with 24/7 operating security cameras that are positioned outside, facing the front, side, and back of the house. Please note, there are no indoor cameras for your privacy. Guest Requirements: Guests are required to submit a copy of a valid ID and sign a pool liability waiver prior to check-in. Pet Policy: We welcome dogs under 25 lbs with a pet fee of $150 per dog. Dogs must be crate-trained. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $500 fee will be charged for cleaning and deodorization if smoking occurs indoors. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor areas. This includes the spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, and luxurious bedrooms. You'll also enjoy the private backyard oasis with a heated pool, lounging areas, fire pit, and outdoor dining space. The home features keyless entry for a smooth check-in process, and guests can come and go freely throughout their stay. Please note that certain areas may have security cameras for your safety, but all are positioned outside, ensuring your privacy. Other things to note ***We’re currently updating furniture and décor to create an even cozier and more elegant stay—please note the home may look slightly different than some photos.
