Pet Friendly Granby/Winter Park Mountain Condo

Welcome to our pet-friendly condo in Granby, Colorado! This year i'm all about transparency. I aim to keep a low nightly rate to allow everyone to stay here because I don't like seeing the condo go unoccupied. There are fees that are beyond my control. This includes my cleaning fee and HOA/county taxes. County fees include grand county (10.3%) and the HOA fee (2.7%). We hope we can make this an affordable + comfortable stay that delivers in terms of value for price. The space Welcome to our mountain retreat located in Granby, Colorado. Some details below: LOCATION: We are on the THIRD floor - you will have to climb stairs! Please keep this in mind. KEYLESS ENTRY: We have a keyless entry through a smart lock, which provides a seamless and secure access experience for our guests. LIVING ROOM: Our living area is spacious and features a large leather couch that transforms into a queen sofa bed – providing ample sleeping space for additional guests. KITCHEN: We are a fully stocked kitchen - pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, cast iron pans. We deliver all of the tools you may need to cook your favorite meals. The condo can get smoky so i'd advise opening a window for high heat recipes. 4 - BEDROOM: The master bedroom features a full-size bed and a top-level twin bunk bed. This arrangement caters to families or friends traveling together. We also have a desk and extra monitor in case there's a need for a work from home day. 5 - BATHROOM: The detached bathroom offers a deep tub with complimentary toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. 6 - BALCONY: We have a large balcony that is only accessible by our condo. There is seating to enjoy the views and fresh mountain air. 7 - AMENITIES: We installed a brand new, very large, in-unit washer and dryer just last year. If you need to do laundry, we have detergent and dryer sheets available. 8 - PETS: We love pets and we love dogs! We charge a pet fee of $100 per stay. We keep a cozy circle dog bed, water and food bowls at the condo for the pups. 9 - LONG TERM STAYS: We accept monthly / long term stays on a case by case basis. You may be charged a deposit and for extra cleanings depending on the length of your stay! Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo unit and the private balcony. Guests will be given an access code to enter through the front door. Other things to note GRANBY RANCH BASE RESORT ACCESS: One of the highlights of our condo is its exclusive access to resort amenities for just $15 per person per day. Take a dip in the refreshing pool, unwind in the bubbling hot tub, and soak up the breathtaking mountain views. Enjoy the game room and large spacious exercise room. After a day of outdoor adventures, return to the condo and relax by the indoor gas fireplace, creating the perfect ambiance for cozy evenings. LONG TERM STAYS: We accept long term stays on a case by case basis. Depending on length of stay, you may be charged a security deposit and for extra cleanings.
