This one has 1 ha. of park and a 4 hectare pasture for polo horses at rest (not all the time). About 30 meters away from the loftis the main house with barbecue area, pool, hammocks, stove WHICH IS RENTED SEPARATELY and is not for shared use. Loft guests cannot use the pool or barbecue area; they do have a terrace with views of the sunrise to enjoy their stay in privacy and have a large sector of the park available for their recreation, which will be demarcated when they arrive. I have lived here in San Antonio de Areco, the "Cradle of Tradition", for more than 20 years. I like to interact with guests and provide them in english with all the information upon arrival about privileged places and special programs, so that they can learn about and enjoy the "Pago de Areco" during their stay. 3 km away from the National Route 8 Highway on a dirt road and 10 minutes from the main square of San Antonio de Areco The access road is by land. If you do not have a 4x4 truck, when it rains I can organize the transfer from the asphalt for an additional cost.
