There is a open kitchen/dining room with a large bar pass through to the living room and deck access to the backyard. 3 separate bedrooms with the primary offering a full bathroom. The wi-fi can be spotty but we pay for the very best available... please remember, we are in the woods! You can access everywhere in the house, deck and patio space. RE/MAX Choice - Team Gordon On Kickapoo Park with beautiful trees, creeks and easy access to everything Kickapoo has to offer. The front yard is smaller and closer to the road that leads to Sportsmans Lake, the back yard has access to the creek for exploring and some areas have a drop off down to the creek so be careful! The side yard is a large green space to enjoy. Oakwood is a short drive away for supplies, and the Kickapoo Bar & Grill is around the corner! Possum Trot restaurant is a great place for steak & seafood, and the Danville Golden Nugget Casino is about a 15 minute drive and offers a SaltGrass Steak House. Sleepy Creek Winery is a short 10 minute drive and offers a full winery with tasting room. The house is about 12 miles to Danville and about 25 miles to Champaign/Urbana. Parking depends on the season, usually pretty easy. There are a lot of bikers, hikers and can drive most places in the park. There is a drop off in the back for the creek so please point that out to children. It is lined with trees and other foliage but always good to know.
