Hello, everyone! Welcome to [Shin-Koiwa Matsushima HOUSE] The homestay is located at the end of the busiest Lumiere shopping street at the south exit of JR Shinkoiwa Station. It is a 7-minute walk from the station and is quiet. The shopping street has a roof, so you don't have to worry about the sun or rain. ☆ From Narita Airport, take [JR Sobu Line Express] for 1 hour and 18 minutes to Shin-Koiwa Station, where the B&B is located. It takes 14 minutes to Akihabara, 32 minutes to Shinjuku, 13 minutes to Tokyo, and 28 minutes to Skytree by bus. Transportation is very convenient. ☆ There is Don Quixote within walking distance of the house, and there are various drug stores such as Matsumoto Kiyoshi, duty-free shops, supermarkets, as well as izakaya, sushi shops, barbecue shops, Chinese cuisine in the large shopping street. You can enjoy shopping while enjoying your food. ☆ The house has an open-air rooftop, two Japanese-style bedrooms, furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils, everything you need, can accommodate up to 7 people, suitable for families. The space Shin Koiwa Matsushima HOUSE is a three-story steel-framed villa. The first floor is a shop, the product store warehouse is in use. The entrance to the house is on the side of the first floor, and there is a large cabinet shoe cabinet at the entrance. On the second floor there is an open kitchen (with kitchenware and tableware, cooking is allowed), dining room, living room, toilet (warm water toilet), washbasin and bathroom (dry and wet separation, towels, bath towels, toiletries and hair dryer), refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, washing machine, TV, sofa (sofa bed) and other furniture and appliances. There is also free Wi-Fi and smoke detectors. The 3rd floor has 2 Japanese-style bedrooms, spacious and bright, with closets, and a total of 5 beds. The top floor is an open-air rooftop. Other things to note ★ The top floor of this homestay is an open-air rooftop. Climbing is strictly prohibited around the rooftop. Please do not let children go to the rooftop alone. ★ No smoking inside the house. 🚭 Please smoke on the rooftop. We have prepared ashtrays for you.
