Home in Llanilar near Aberystwyth

Pleasant village location with easy access to the coast, hills and forests. This is our family home when we are not away on adventures. It is a quirky house built in the mid 1800's. It comes with lots of character, our house is not a purpose built holiday home but something more unique and interesting. Nearest beach only 6 miles (Aberystwyth). River swimming spots in the village. Lots of local walks including a walking and cycle track following the river into Aberystwyth. Village shop 2mins The space Our house has three floors. The entrance hall and living room are on the ground floor. The 1st floor has two bedrooms one double and one single. We have a spacious landing area outside the main bedroom with a small folding bed that is suitable for a child. The bathroom is also on the first floor with a bath and separate shower. The kitchen is located in the basement with access to the garden. Please be aware that there are steep narrow stairs to all three floors. Other things to note Arts Centre, cinemas, National Library of Wales, Leisure centre and places to eat in Aberystwyth. Please note that our property does not have a television however WiFi is available for guests which will work well if you wish to use your own devices.
