Come and enjoy the bucolic setting of the banks of the Marne-Rhine Canal aboard the Freyssinet-type barge La Speranza. The captain's quarters have been converted into a charming 25 m² apartment renovated in August 2023 with a 28 m² terrace on the rear deck. An ideal place to share with local wildlife such as storks, swans, herons, ducks, and hawks, deer depending on the season and time of day. The space The air-conditioned accommodation consists of a very bright living room with a sitting area with TV operating with a Chromecast as well as a dining area. Guest access A shared staircase to get on board gives you access to a private entrance to your accommodation. Access to the barge and its common areas includes different stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or toddlers. Note, the ceiling height is low and may bother very tall people.
