Guest access The house sits on a large 1.25 acres property so you have plentyof space between you and another house. We are in process of improving the land with trees and other native flora and hardscape so we will be coming onto the property to occasionally water the plants if necessary. Other things to note Guests should be aware that we do come onto the acre to occasionally take care of the large yard. We are in a rural area, so occasionally, the internet may go out for short periods, but overall, it's great. We are on a Well. We provide you with filtered water for drinking.
