Built in 1969 (with an expansion in 2018), the house combines vintage character with modern conveniences. Guests who appreciate authentic summer-house living, cozy interiors, and proximity to nature will feel at home here. Main house: built in 1969, with a 2018 expansion Size: 100 m² (1076 sqf) living space Plot: 1199 m² (12,905 sqf) lawn and garden, great for kids and families Bedrooms: 3 with double beds, 1 with bunk beds (2 total), plus a sofa bed in the living room Bathrooms: 1 with toilet & shower, 1 with toilet & spa-shower Kitchenette: stove, oven, microwave, small dishwasher (2 cycles for large loads), 2 refrigerators and a compact freezer — ideal for longer stays or group meals Laundry: washing machine for guest use Dining: alcove dining area for 4–6, plus a dining room table for 6–8 Outdoor living: covered terrace with 2 BBQ grills (gas & coal) and a spacious open terrace for relaxing or dining outside 🌿 Guest access Guests have full access to the house, terraces, and the entire private garden.
