You can receive visitors not exceeding the capacity of the space defined in the maximum number of people for which the unit can be booked. You can use the common areas upon receipt of a request and coordination at least 24 hours in advance. Parties or gatherings are not allowed in the unit or in the social areas. The space has 1 to 2 parking spaces available in the basement.
