201B - 3BR/2 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl The space One Queen bed in the primary bedroom, two Full beds in one guest bedroom and one Full bed in the other guest bedroom. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. The living room has a 47" TV, the primary bedroom has a 40" TV and the guest bedroom a 39" TV. This unit also includes a blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, waffle/cone maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and declawed cats only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Our minimum age to rent is 25.
