Be it winter or summer, we have shared wonderful quality time with friends and family in this great house! The house is located on a quiet street, yet close to all the amenities Tahoe Donner has to offer. And the flat driveway doesn't hurt in the winter! The house is near downhill skiing, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking or horse-back riding on endless Tahoe Donner trails. Access to all TD amenities : Tennis, Golf, Horseback riding, Pool, Lake, etc. (subject to black out dates) The space The perfect floor plan for entertaining and the setting for the sweetest sleep! Ground Floor: features two en-suite bedrooms, a playroom with a half bath and a large laundry room with plenty of hooks for all the ski bunnies' gear. Bedroom 1 / Ardennes: features a King bed with a French Country headboard. Its en-suite bathroom has double sinks and a large walk-in shower. View of the private garden and deck with hot tub. Bedroom 2 / Kitzbuhel: has a Queen bed. Its en-suite bathroom has a high pressure shower. Similar views. Main Floor: the lodge main floor is where the action happens, with an immense open floor living area you can cozy up by the fireplace to enjoy your favorite Netflix show, enjoy a family dinner with 10 seating comfortably and dazzle everybody with your cooking skills in the gourmet kitchen. The main floor hosts two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with double sinks, tub and shower. Bedroom 3 / Courchevel: features a queen bed. Bedroom 4 / Patagonia: has your inner kid dream bunk bed and an additional side twin bed to entice all the little explorers for some reading under the blankets. The outdoor space at the Viking Luxury Lodge guarantees you some quality time with nature. The first floor terrace has a corner nook with chairs to take in the views, trees and that delicious California Cabernet on hand. Steps down, your private deck with large hot tub, lounge area, picnic table and a sizable flat garden. In summer time a nap in the hammock is highly encouraged! Tahoe Donner recently implemented new rules around Short-Term Tenant Cards, which are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days a year.
