The welcoming open floor plan offers a great space for meals and games. **Additional RV parking available upon request for a fee** The space Welcome to the Cowboy Cabin where you get to literally "saddle up to the bar". This home has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and features an open kitchen, dining and family room. The Main floor is where you will enter the home into the Dining/Family room space, featuring a large sectional couch with Full size pull out bed, smart TV and fireplace. The Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. Oven, flattop stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and crock pot just to name a few. There is one Bedroom with a Queen Bed and one Bathroom with a tub (no shower) on this floor. Upstairs is a loft/bedroom with a Queen Bed, a Twin Trundle Bed, and an extra floor mattress. There is a full bathroom and an additional private work space where you can take in the view of beautiful Ben Lomond Peak. Downstairs has one Bedroom with a King Bed and a floor mattress. The basement Bathroom has a shower that features a tile mosaic of horses (the romantic 'Man from Snowy River' type) to keep you company. The laundry is also located in the basement. There is a hot tub (3-4 person) just outside the back door on the private patio, and a covered swimming pool (available mid May - late September) in the fully fenced yard. Note that the pool is NOT fenced separately, and although there is a safety cover, the pool poses a safety risk and requires awareness with children around. Additionally, this cabin has balconies inside and outside, a fireplace, ponds and wildlife, all of which present a danger to young children, please consider this when booking. This Cabin has lots of personality inside and out. If you are looking to get away from the hustle of modern life, this is the place! Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and yard, as well as access to a 2 car garage space. The hot tub is available year round. The pool is available late May to late September. Other things to note This is a beautiful property with springs and ponds. You can expect to see chickens, ducks, geese, raccoons and deer wandering through the grounds. You can also expect to see Jeff (the land owner) working on the land. We are continually making improvements to the land and property which means we will be taking care of the chickens, working on the old barn, watering flowers, mowing lawns and doing pool maintenance as needed. Renter is responsible for any injuries that may arise from negligence on their part. Please note that this cabin has balconies inside and out that pose a risk to children. Additionally, the property has ponds, streams and wildlife that will be the responsibility of the renter to use caution around. * events and group gatherings (more than 12 guests) may be permitted upon discussion with the host for an additional event fee.
