The property is spread over a single level on the second floor (no elevator) for a total of 72 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. The entrance opens directly into the living area with a comfortable living room complete with a double sofa bed, a smart TV with a 30-inch HD screen (streaming functionality) and large windows; the large corner kitchen equipped with a comfortable dining area for up to 6 people offers a microwave, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle, combined with unlimited 4G WiFi throughout the accommodation. The sleeping area is well separated to enjoy the right privacy with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
