Our home features authentic metal louver windows without glass, so we request that you turn off the AC when windows and doors are open or when the home is unoccupied. Additionally, being situated in a tropical climate zone, it's possible but not likely (in the home) to encounter various creatures like frogs, lizards, iguanas, and bugs. We have a pest control service visit regularly for maintenance purposes. However we encourage you to reach out if you encounter any "unwanted guests".
