Other things to note Being a beach area, sometimes there are some power outages or drops in the electric current, outside the apartment. These power outages cause certain appliances to not reach that power for their proper functioning, until the light returns to 100%. You will be welcomed by the maintenance staff, who will always be there to assist you and open and close the gate.
