*We have added additional steps to our cleaning and turnover routine to ensure that we are up to the CDC's and Airbnb's recommendations and expectations for clean and sanitized spaces* The "Sol Jive Beach Hive" studio is full of funky colors and coastal, energetic vibes! It sits less than a block from both the beach AND the famous Gulf Boulevard. You could fill an entire trip with walks to local shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, and water activities! The space The space is laid out efficiently to help you feel comfortable during your stay and most certainly will continue to remind you that you are on vacation :) You can enjoy the beautiful landscaping in a fully fenced in yard and wind down at any given time in your day! The #2 unit is the studio in between the other one and the main house: Other things to note We have a brand new NINJA Air Fryer oven as well as a hot plate, convection microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker with a reusable filter, and all of your basic kitchenwares! There is a required monthly cleaning that costs $160 per visit. If you would like additional cleaning services from our team, we can either arrange that for you or you can contact them directly.
