From the House Manual If you have questions about your visit, what you’re looking for is likely included here. I am always here to serve you and ensure your stay is a good one. CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time is anytime after 3 pm. The code you will be provided with will only work starting at that time. That’s because before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaning service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check-ins. We apologize for any inconvenience. PARKING Parking is free and located to the left of the house if you are facing the house from the street. It is the rock driveway with concrete strips (tracks). The driveway is long enough to accommodate three vehicles. Avoid parking on the street. ENTERING THE PROPERTY Please follow these directions step-by-step in order to get into the house. The front door is equipped with an elock. There is a four-digit code to push. After the code is entered, you will hear the lever move to unlock the door, allowing you to enter the house. There are no other buttons to push except the four digits. The code is [3693]. As long as the elock is left locked from the inside, the elock will remain locked. If the elock is unlocked from the inside, remember to lock it again before you leave, or the door will remain unlocked. My advice is to leave it alone and remember the code. WIFI Network Name: ATTZBZ4mys Password: Given the day of check-in Please let me know if you have any issues connecting to the WiFi. This information is also posted in the living room. HOUSE RULES The rules are very simple and common. ● The quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. ● We do not allow parties in the home. ● Pets are not allowed. ● No smoking inside; you may use the back patio. ● No illegal substances are allowed. ● No food or drinks in the bedrooms. ● No candles or other open flames. ● Lost keys incur a fine of [$10]. ● Please turn off the lights when you go out. ● Please take off your shoes when inside the home. ● Visitors are allowed as long as they do not spend the night. ● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property. ● Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else. ● If you break or damage something, please let us know, and together, we can arrange for its replacement or repair. LINENS There are two queen beds in the bedrooms. The last bedroom has a triple-bunk bed with a full and 2 twin beds. That setup will sleep eight people. There is also a fold down sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps one, and in the Master bedroom closet, you will find a full air mattress that can be used for more comfort. The linens and pillows for the sleeper sofa and the air mattress are in the master bedroom closet. You’ll find extra linens in the locations outlined below. ● Bath Towels: You can find the extra bath towels in the closets of each bedroom. ● Sheets: Extra sheets can be found in each bedroom closet. ● Kitchen Towels: Kitchen towels are located hanging on the oven. ● Pot Holders: are located in the top drawer to the left of the stove. TV ● TV: The remote for the TV is located on the coffee table. There are basic streaming sites available. Feel comfortable using your own account. Be sure to sign out before you go. If you forget we will do it as soon as we enter the house to clean. APPLIANCES To use the Keurig: ● Fill the reservoir with water ● Power it on ● Wait until the water heats ● Choose your K-cup (your coffee), but DO NOT remove the foil lid ● Lifting up the handle in the front of the machine to insert the K-Cup ● Push the handle all the way down after inserting the K-Cup ● Put your coffee mug on the tray ● Push the strength button for the desired strength of your beverage. ● Push the temperature button for the desired temperature of your beverage. ● Push the amount of beverage you would like. These are the numbered ounces found on the top. ● Push the ‘K’ on the top middle of the Keurig. ● Once brewed, remove the K-cup and leave the chamber open Garbage Disposal ● It is a small circle toggle button to the left of the sink. Washing Machine: ● Load your clothes ● Add a detergent pod. Shut the door ● Select cycle (we recommend Normal or Eco) Choose water temperature ● Click Start Dryer: ● Load your laundry ● Add a dryer sheet ● Select the type of drying cycle you want. ● Push Start Dishwasher: ● Load the dirty dishes. ● Add a Cascade dishwasher tablet to the container on the door. ● Shut the door ● Push the 'Cycle' until the 'Normal' Setting ● Make sure the 'Dry Boost' is set to normal ● The 'Washing Temp' can be left normal. ● Then push 'Start' if you wish to cancel the dishwasher while it is going. Push and hold the 'Start' button for 3 seconds.
