The condo community features an outdoor pool (seasonally available), charcoal grills (bring your own charcoal), picnic tables, kid's playground, a small video game arcade, community laundry room with coin-operated washers+dryers. Other things to note There are black bears who are our neighbors. Please do not feed them or get close. They are a wonder to watch and take pics of but not great huggers.
