Located in a quiet street, our visitors can enjoy the comfort of the fully equipped flat and its large11smq terrace while having many shops and facilities in the immediate vicinity. A secured parking is included with the rental. The space This 47m2 flat is located at the 3rd floor of a residential building constructed in 2020 in the heart of Vespins district and very close to the Saint Laurent du Var Marina. It was fully furnished and decorated in 2023. It has an automatic and independent air conditioning system. It is composed of a large living room with: -A compact and functional Kitchen enabling the preparation of meals: tableware for 2 people, various kitchen utensils as well as a refrigerator and freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, and laundry machine. A Nespresso machine and a kettle are available for our guests. -A large living room with a comfy new sofa and coffee table, a dinning table and a large screen TV connected to the Internet. Our guests can enjoy the intimacy and comfort of a separate bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a large wardrobe. A work space is also arranged in the room with an office table and chair. There is also a large bathroom with basin, walk-in shower and WC. A large terrace with garden furniture allows you to take your meals or rest while enjoying a beautiful outdoor space and the calm of the residence. Lastly, parking is also included in the package. It is located underground in a secured area with direct lift access. Guest access You will be able to take advantage of the whole flat which will be entirely devoted to you. Secure parking is also included and is located in the basement in the neighbourhood of the Residence. We are at your disposal during your stay and will be happy to answer your questions by phone or by Airbnb messaging from 9am to 6pm 7 days a week. Arrival must be arranged by appointment at least 24 hours prior to arrival between 15:00 and 21:00 . You will be reached the day before your arrival via Whats App on the number attached to your airBnB profile to give you arrival instructions. Please ensure that we can reach you on this number. . We will be available by phone or Whats App and on the booking platform from 9am to 6pm 7/7 . The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you agree to an additional €30 being deducted from your deposit. . Thank you for taking down your rubbish before your final departure from the accommodation. . The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the cost of cleaning and deodorising. . We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soap, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in peace. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. This will depend on your personal consumption. . Only one set of keys will be provided . In the event of an emergency or problem requiring our intervention we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm . Unjustified displacements due to the fact that travellers do not follow the hosts' instructions or because they do not know how to use the functional equipment provided will be charged 49€. . The use of the flat and all its equipment must be carried out in good order and without disturbing the peace and quiet of the residence. The allowable power consumption covered in the rental is roughly 15Kw. Any excessive consumption may be charged. We would therefore ask our visitors to be cautious and moderate in their use of air conditioning: The temperatures should not be unreasonable and the windows should be kept closed.
