Welcome to Riversdale Ripper - a modern three-bedroom, two-bathroom home perched at the top of the hill at the southern end of Riversdale Beach enjoying both ocean and rural views. The space We are making our house available for bookings while we head overseas for a few months. This is our primary home for the time being so it is fully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing Riversdale stay, we just ask guests to be respectful with our belongings throughout your stay. The home has a large open-plan living with raked ceilings giving the communal space an open feeling that easily accommodates two families. Large stacker doors open onto a big deck looking out to the ocean. The house is positioned for morning and afternoon sun with decks on either side providing a connection to the outside and the ability to follow the sun around or star gaze at night. You'll be treated to wonderful sunrise and sunset views. Follow the deck around to the north side and enjoy a hot shower after a mission down to the beach which is either a short walk, bike or drive. Or enjoy the outdoor shower on a still, starry night! There are three bedrooms, all with new comfortable mattresses to guarantee a good night's sleep after a day at the beach or on the golf course. One bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, the second bedroom is also a queen, and the third has a king single bunk bed and pull-out trundler. The home features a great kitchen, with a reasonably stocked walk-in pantry and bar fridge, Breville Coffee Machine, Nutri-bullet etc. There is a smart TV and Sonos surround sound system. The TV has a range of apps including Netflix, Disney, Neon etc and the Sky Sports app is installed on the TV but you will need your own login for the services. There is also a decent games cupboard with plenty of games and puzzles to keep both kids and adults entertained. A lovely wood burner keeps the house nice and toasty through winter months (There are also panel heaters in each of the bedrooms should you need them), and a big comfortable sofa to put your feet up, read books and look out to the ocean. We ask that guests provide their own linen; sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and beach towels etc. There will be tea towels and dish cloths etc. Alternatively, all linen can be provided at an additional a cost of $100 per stay. Come and enjoy Riversdale Beach in the comfort of a modern home. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire house. There is a lockbox for easy access. The walk-in wardrobe in the main bedroom will not be available as this is currently being used as storage for some of our personal belongings while we are away. The shed will also be locked but there are a couple of Keter boxes outside with outdoor games, balls etc and some storage of nice dry wood to get the fire going if its cold upon arrival Other things to note We are on tank water, rainwater is collected from the roof and treated via a UV water filter and pump. Please be conservative with water usage, particularly in the warmer/dryer months.
