Welcome to The Launch Pad NASA! This home is perfect for 2 families visiting together, a work group or any size group who wants to spread out. This is a 2200 sq. ft. home located in the Webster area. The living room and dining area are spacious and have room for everyone. 4 bedrooms total- 1 king down, 1 full down, 1 king up and a twin and 2 full bedroom up. Arcade games, family games, a large yard and a grill provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for a group. The space The Launch Pad NASA is in the ideal location for enjoying everything the NASA area has to offer. The Johnson Space Center, Kemah Boardwalk and tons of shopping and restaurants are located within 5 minutes of the house. If you are visiting multiple destinations in the Houston area we are in the perfect location centered halfway between Galveston and Downtown Houston. Living Area In the living area there is plenty of space to spread out. There is a 55" television with streaming apps downloaded, a comfy sectional sofa and plenty of room to spread out. KItchen/Dining The home is capable of comfortably seating up to 12 to dine. There is a large dining room table that seats 8 and 4 stools at the bar. The kitchen comes with everything you need if you don't want to take advantage of all the nearby restaurants. There is a Keurig coffee pot, crock pot, most common kitchen tools and all dinnerware needed. Seasonings, coffee, hot chocolate and oil always stocked. Where you'll sleep Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, full size dresser, full size mirror and reading nook. Across the hall bedroom 2 is set up for children or teens (or kids at heart) with 2 full beds and 1 twin bed, a Pac Man arcade game and a 4 player 90's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle arcade game and comfy bean bag chairs. The best part is there are no bunk beds in the entire house! Bedroom 1 and 2 share a full restroom upstairs with tub and shower. Downstairs, bedroom 3 has a full size bed, mirror and large closet space. Bedroom 4 has a king size bed, full body mirror, full size dresser and double closets. Roku TVs are present in all bedrooms and there is plenty of space for everyone to unpack. There is a large full bath downstairs with a walk in shower. We provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash plus essentials such as toilet paper and paper towel for your stay. Outside The back yard is oversized and fenced. There is a grill available for your use and a seating and dining area to hang out on the patio. Corn hole and other outdoor group games available. There is an inflatable hot tub with a child safety cover. Parking Off street parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway, street parking is available for more than 3.
