This was part of my house I closed off to create your retreat. In the process, intelligently added a kitchenette however the only sink is in the bathroom. Coffee/tea bar ☕🫖however you like it. Coffee bar has Nespresso maker with both coffee & espresso pods. French press, pour over, frother, grinder and hot water kettle. I have all your syrups and sweater needs The kitchenette is small but well stocked for making snacks or even whip up a quick meal. You will have a two burner cooktop Cuisinart pots and pans and small appliances and tools you’ll need. 🍴🍳🍽️🫖 The living room has an electric fireplace for warmth and a romantic ambience. 🔥 Cocktails/Mini bar 🍸🍹Suppled with glassware, mugs and every cocktail tool. I also supply some cocktail modifiers/infusions & bitters for you to enjoy. I also have a water stream to make your own sparking water. You welcome to use any herbs out front in the garden. Great for cocktails and salads. 🌱 Nest thermostat with an app set up for you to control your own temperature. 🌡️ This room has big windows. (None of the windows are your typical basement windows) You have your own entrance, complete with small private patio. The master bedroom has a king size Pottery Barn bed with a heavenly feather bed topper. 🛏️You'll feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. In the corner there is a built in desk that could be used as a office space or a vanity to get ready. This room also has a flat screen tv. You have a walk in closet 1/2 the space for your hanging clothes the other 1/2 extra bedding and air mattress. Baby toddler needs. Hi chair, Pak-n-play and toys. 🍼🧸👶🏼 The 2nd bedroom can be set as 2 twins or 1 king. 🛏️🛏️When used as a king you will get the heavenly feather bed topper for extra comfort. The bathroom has 2 rooms that separate the bath/shower and toilet from the sink. 🛀 This set up is helpful for multiple guest using the bathroom. I installed a vessel sink its now higher and bigger to help double as a kitchen sink. (The only sink)The bathroom has everything you need. lots of white fluffy towels, hand towels and plenty of wash cloths. And ginger lily vegan toiletries. shower gels, shampoo, conditioners, lotion q-tips cotton balls sanitary products and of course a blow dryer 🪒🪥🧽🧴 I have the things you might have forgotten to bring. Washer & dryer in the laundry closet with all your laundry and cleaning needs. Including iron and ironing board. 👔 Hallway closet will have more things to make a pleasant stay. Humidifiers. purifiers, Space heater, and fan. Yoga mats blocks picnic tote picnic blanket cooler umbrella. 🧘‍♀️ Cuisinart gas tabletop grill and tools upon request. 🍔 Parking will be on the street right out front with a provided guest pass for one vehicle. No need to worry about a space to park. Only owners and guests can park out front. Your parking permit can be found on your dining table. 🚗 To get to you chic retreat walk around to left side of the house. The door has a keypad entry. You will have your own little romantic private patio right out side of your living room. The door on the right is ours, so make sure to go left! Follow the stairs and stone path to the back gate. Inside the gate on the door, you will find a digital keypad on the black door on the right. You are most welcome to drive into the back alley to load and unload suitcases and guests. You are alway welcome to use the front patio. On your checkin, we will send you the code to enter. Don't forget to grab the parking pass and put it on your rear view mirror. You will get a parking ticket if you fail to put the hanger in your car.🚘 I have Nest Camara set up at the front and back entrance.
