The space This is a breath-taking setting with an easy drive into Nederland for supplies, movie, stores, restaurants etc ... or stay out at the lake house and hike, bike or ride your ATV's/Dirt bikes on nearby Forest Service trails (June-Oct). In winter there is endless trails to ski, snow shoe or cross-country ski. Only about 1 hour 20 minutes to DIA and 40 minutes to either Boulder or Denver.
