Welcome to our beautiful 6-person home, located in Prenton on the Wirral, just a short, direct bus away from Liverpool City Centre. Our spacious property boasts a comfortable living room with smart TV&an open plan kitchen/diner,3double bedrooms all with smart tvs,2bathrooms ( 1 with Jacuzzi bath) great WIFI. Paved garden with outside seating, making it the perfect destination for families/groups of friends looking to enjoy quality time together or work colleagues looking for a comfortable stay. The space Spacious three bedroomed home, beautifully decorated, with light and bright modern bedrooms - a master bedroom with King bed, spacious second room with Kind bed and 1 x twin rooms, The living room, open plan kitchen/diner and large outside garden with seating provide ample space for socialising, while the new kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room to the right (with smart TV) and ample comfortable seating. To the right is an open plan kitchen/diner. Patio doors leading to the large paved garden with plenty of outside seating. Upstairs discover a twin bedroom, a master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and a large double which also has a king-sized bed. There are 2 shower rooms upstairs, one being an en-suite off the master. There is parking for 1 car on the drive and plenty of on street parking for further vehicles. And with easy access to Liverpool, you'll have plenty of luxury, comfort, and convenience at our beautiful Prenton property. Guest access Via Lock Box. Guests will have access to the whole property. Other things to note The house is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered. Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay. A dog is welcome at an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance to advise that you are bringing your dog. If you have a second dog please let us know and this will be considered. Please kindly consider the following rules if bringing your dog; -Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. -Dogs must be kept strictly downstairs & off the soft furnishings. -Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay. -Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house. -Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
