Cozy 2 bedroom unit in quiet rural location. Just off the expressway for a base or stop over in the country. Close to Hampton Downs, Mercer, Huntly,  45 min to Thames, 40 min to Hamilton.  1 hr to Auckland AIrport. Full kitchen,  lounge/dining, laundry/bathroom, 1 queen bed, 1 single & single in lounge, wifi, small tv. Basic breakfast, milk, tea, coffee milo provided. The TK Tavern has great meals (a fun quiz night), the historic Rangiriri Pub is 5 minutes drive. Non-smoking property. The space Double bedroom and small single bedroom. Single bed in lounge area. Guest access Guests are welcome to walk around the property. Parking provided I'm front of unit.
