Small, Single Room for Solo Guest

Small Single room in a shared 2-room house. Cheap, 5 minute-walk to town centre. Just want to help solo guests save as much money in Letterkenny as possible. This is no fancy BnB, but I can guarantee a clean, quiet and warm space with a respectful host. Guest has access to all public spaces in the house. Ps. I work from home, but my work space is in my room. The space Small, single room, so would suit only 1 person perfectly. A toilet and a bathroom to be shared with host. Guest access Everywhere in the home except host's room. Likewise, the host will not have access to your room during your stay. During your stay I work from home, so I will be available at any time to offer help. If you would like some space I can arrange that. The guest is free to relax in the living room space, cook, or use the TV and wifi as they see fit. The host does not mind cooking and sharing meals or wine with the guest if they would like.
