Our neighborhood backs to US Forest land offering miles of hiking, mountain bike, & off road trails to explore. Enjoy shared access to our pool, spa, bbq, corn hole and cross net. Located just minutes to wineries, restaurants,Vasquez Rocks County Park and Nature Center, & Texas Cyn climbing area.Theme parks and beaches are an easy drive. Cute studio type space with doors separating the main bedroom from the bathroom area and the sleeping loft/kitchen area. There is a deal on the main bedroom area and a small bar table to eat at. Spa like bathroom that has drawer space to put your toiletries. There is a small built in armoire in the hallway to put belongings. Please note, the studio is attached to our main home. While we make every effort to keep noise to the minimum, you may hear us from time to time. The kitchen has all the basic necessities- fridge, microwave, toaster oven, cooktop, sink, blender, instant pot,etc. outside grass and bbq area. pool area. laundry room upon request. text or app preferred Our neighborhood is rural. it is a scenic canyon area with a walking neighborhood. We also have hiking/mountain biking areas at the end of our street. Our property has lots of trees and feels like a little paradise. You may hear dogs and chickens as our neighborhood is farm animal friendly. Since we are in a rural area guests should plan to have a car available. Uber is spotty on availability. we are about 10-15 minutes from the nearest car rental facility. Nearest grocery store is about 10 minutes away. we do have a local market, about 5 minutes drive that has basic necessities. Guests should be aware that there are quite a few steps to the apartment. also, the loft sleeping area is accessible by a ladder. It's not meant for small children.
