This property is on America’s Mountain. It has everything needed for short and long term rentals. Beautiful views.,and only 10 minutes from Colorado Springs, an 40 minutes to the casinos in cripple Creek. Secret hiking trails near the house, Wood-burning fireplace ,spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, Three outside decks, Hot-tub The space A little piece of heaven up here. At 7800 feet on the side of Pikes Peak,there is snow a mile from the house as the crow flies, so a cool downward breeze comes right into the yard.Bedrooms are super Comfortable, MBR has private entry to wash room and shower. Kitchen and D.room has all of what you need for indoor cooking and seating. L/R. and piano rm also very comfortable. Kick back and let the kids watch Netflix, I call the piano room just that because of the piano, but it also has 2 single beds, and plenty of space to work or workout. The house is one floor and 1500s/f. There is 3 outside decks,to hang out and take in the views. Sliding glass doors give you access to the master bedroom private deck. And the same for the living room ,you can put your swimsuit on just a few steps to the deck that has the hot tub ,and the grill. Plenty of seating inside and out. Come have some fun, or just chill inside. Hope you can make it your next adventure. Just far enough away from the city, yet close enough to everything they wanted to do. Can’t find any better spot to just kickback or check out Colorado’s finest attractions.also we are 420.friendly.
