The space The apt is equipped with a balcony (shaded in the evening), a split unit 1-HP AC, a cooling fan, free WIFI (very strong), TV (with Netflix and Youtube), all new appliances: a microwave, hot water kettle, rice cooker, full cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishware, flatware, cups, glasses, tea and coffee with hot water showers. There is also a nearby laundry that our guests can avail. Note: This apt. does have a pullout bed for children. Additional: The Livingroom can sleep two extra people. A pocket WIFI unit for use around the city is also available for a small daily usage fee. Meals can be arranged for delivery or cooked for you on the property. Just ask for a menu and price list after check-in. Guest access The entire studio apt and grounds is fully accessibly to our guests and their guests. Always use the handrails when using the staircase for your safety.
