This slice of paradise is the retreat you've always wanted! Great for large families or groups. Walk the path to the stone bridge leading you across a natural year round creek. From inside the home, views of the landscape can be seen through the floor to ceiling windows in the vaulted family room. Updates can be found throughout the house. An amazing home for entertaining! This Folsom sanctuary is minutes from Historic Folsom and Granite Bay. The space This spacious sanctuary in the city is the perfect oasis for your vacation. The large primary suite is its own little sanctuary. You don't even have to leave your room to make your morning coffee! With 5 bedrooms and 8 beds, there is plenty of room! Perfect for a large family gathering, group retreat or friend's weekend away. While we can accommodate 12 guests, if hosting all adults, we find that it is most comfortable with 8-10 guests. There is a year round creek the runs through the property. The yard nor the creek are fenced. Children should be supervised at all times. Uneven terrain and natural rock formations surround the home. No swimming in the creek. STAIRS - the home is bi-level. There is one bedroom on the main floor, 3 bedrooms up a small set of stairs, and the primary suite is up another small set of stairs. No pets, no smoking. If you must smoke, please do so away from the home and safely dispose of your ashes and butts. Guest access The entire home is yours, as well as the property. Access to the garage is not provided. Some cabinets are locked to store supplies. Other things to note Events such as weddings, parties and gatherings need to be approved first. This home is in a residential neighborhood. No more than 12 overnight guests. Our guest head count is made on the assumption that each Queen or King bed will sleep 2 each, while the single beds will sleep 1 each. If you are traveling with people you do not want to share beds or rooms with, please consider having less guests for a more comfortable experience.
