The space Entire home, w/3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and large back yard to relax and unwind. Big enough for a large family or group of friends. Enough beds to sleep 6, but sectional couch is large enough to accommodate 2 more adults. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, with backyard seating area, you’ll feel secluded with privacy, right within city limits. Guest access You have access to the entire property. Other things to note No parties. No smoking-NO exceptions. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in $500 cleaning & odor eradication fee. (Outdoor smoking area is provided) Pets will be considered, & MUST be included in reservation count. but additional pet fee is required when booking, due to extra cleaning time & supplies. *No Huskies or German Shepherds-The hair!!
