Whether for activities such as fishing, hiking, snowmobiling in winter or simply to bask on the public beach a few minutes walk away or go to the zoo, you will be delighted. Leurre Doré chalet is waiting for you! The space The chalet includes large bay windows that allow you to admire the lake in front of you. You will be comfortable there thanks to these living spaces just big enough to accommodate your family or friends. The open area includes the living room – flat-screen TV and electric fireplace – dining room and very well-equipped kitchen. Cook your catch of the day – walleye or landlocked salmon – on the BBQ while your guests enjoy the fire pit in front of the lake. A dining area is also provided to allow you to enjoy good meals outside while enjoying the view. The interior space includes two bedrooms with queen beds, for a maximum of 4 people. The first bedroom is on the mezzanine, an open-air space accessible by a very steep staircase — caution is therefore required. In summer, a small outdoor pavilion can accommodate two additional people thanks to a double bed. However, space is limited and this option is only available during the summer. You will find a full bathroom on site - including washer/dryer If you have children with you, we recommend that you keep a close eye on them. The chalet is close to the water and the land does not slope gently down to the lake; rather, it is a stone wall a few feet high from which it is possible to fall if you are not vigilant. Swim at the public beach just a few minutes' walk away or take advantage of the staircase leading to the water, directly in front of the chalet! This will also be the place where you can access the lake with your boats to practice fishing or any other nautical activity. We hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access You will have access to the chalet, the grounds and the pavilion during the summer. You will find grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, restaurants in Dolbeau and Saint-Félicien 20 minutes away on either side of the road! In Saint-Méthode, 10 minutes from the chalet, there is a convenience store-bakery that also offers gasoline. You can walk to the beach and drive to the other main attractions and activities.
