Located on South Padre Island, Texas; Upstairs Floor has 4 bedrooms and two full baths at main house, and Downstairs Floor has huge game room with Couch Bed, full bath, and kitchenette. A Short Walk to beach access (just three houses down) plus it has a walking distance to gravity park and shops / restaurants! There is also a very large backyard area that is perfect for eating BBQ's and family time (with a trampoline and voleyball net) AND A NEW KID'S POOL. Don't forget about the big, front balcony for rest and overall sightseeing! Each bedroom has a TV with satellite cable as well as the living room and at the game room. The game room, located downstairs of the main house, has a foosball table, bumper pool/poker table, and ping- pong table that you can roll outside and play under the carport.
