Guest access We offer a convenient self-check-in process through a lockbox on the door handle. Your access includes your room, an outdoor seating area with a table just outside your room, and the communal patio. Other things to note Please let us know if you will be bringing pets. To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few guidelines during your stay: - Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. - Limit of two (2) pets per room. - Please clean up after your pets and do not leave them unattended in the studio. - Please do not use bath towels to clean shoes or pets. The red dirt is very difficult to get out. If you need cleaning cloths, please send us a message and we'll gladly provide them. - If you need a sitter for your pet, there are many great providers available at rover(dot)com. - In the unlikely event that damage occurs due to your pet, we will notify you and charge the card on file for any necessary extra cleaning or repairs. - Please wash all dishes before your checkout. This helps us maintain a clean and inviting space for all guests. - We’d love for you to enjoy the patio during your stay. Please be mindful that other guests will also have access to this space. - Housekeeping and maintenance staff are available from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. As much as possible, please try to make requests during this time. We will do our best to fulfill requests outside these hours. - If you have any issues or concerns that come up during your stay, please reach out and give us an opportunity to resolve them. - Please note that there is live music on the restaurant patio from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on some Friday nights. **During the duration of their stay, all Flagstone guests enjoy a 10% discount at Peekaboo Canyon Wood Fired Kitchen.
