This accommodation has a strategic location: close to two stations of the Medellín metro system and the university area, place for study and rest. We seek to share with tidy people who enjoy clean and organized spaces. The space The house has 8 bedrooms, two rooms that can be used as coworking, a patio, three bathrooms and a kitchen. Guest access We have an organized system of schedules of use of the kitchen and laundry so you can use the spaces comfortably. During your stay We have a watsap group to communicate among all the inhabitants of the house. Likewise, you can contact me at any time since I live in the house too and you can call me when you need it. I will show you all the services such as the metro system, restaurants, supermarkets and other services in the neighborhood so that you can move comfortably. Other things to note In the house are not allowed to make meetings or parties because we seek that it is used for rest and study. In the house we have an affectionate pet dog and with whom you can go for a walk in the neighborhood if you wish: he will enjoy your company!
