The tiny apartment

The apartment is situated in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood of Musanze, 15 min walk from down town in a parallel to the main road Kigali-Rubavu. The apartment shares the gate and parking with a main building which is well fenced to guaranty the privacy of both units. - An open space 3m x 6 m (9,85 feet x 19,70 feet); double bed (140 cm x 190 cm / 55 in x 75 in) and kitchenette - A bathroom - front porch - private dry garden - One reserved car space in the parking - free internet Guest access When you enter the gate you will find a parking space, from there you get in the apartment compound which is the area you can use exclusively. You won’t access the other compound which is visibly fended and which is private for the main house next door Other things to note There is not guard at the place as the area is totally safe. You will open and close the gate in your way in and out with the car. There are screens on the windows and you can plug the electrical repellent mosquito machine if you need.
