Description of the house 🏡 Independent villa consisting of kitchen, living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, garden on 2 levels completely fenced for your exclusive use. 🚘 Guest access: the house offers access for guests traveling by car, you can park directly inside the private courtyard in total safety. A practical solution to avoid inconveniences in carrying luggage and immediately enjoy your stay in total relaxation. 🍽️ Kitchen: the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare excellent meals. Also available is a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. 🛋️ Living room: sofa bed, dining table, fireplace and French window with direct access to the patio. 🛏️ Bedrooms: The main room is a double room with new mattress and pillows, large wardrobe and chest of drawers, the second, also double room with wardrobe and small corner used as a work space. Both are equipped with linen. 🛁 Bathroom equipped with towels, with bathtub/shower, washing machine, hairdryer and first aid kit. 🛜📺 Entertainment and comfort: flat screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi 🌳Large garden with patio: outdoor table for 6 people, ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner in the open air, surrounded by greenery and birds singing.
