The house has breathtaking views of the sea, and is spread across two floors. Inside, it consists of a living room with a kitchenette, where there is 1 sofa bed, a terrace with a barbecue, 1 double bedroom and a second double bedroom with single beds, and a bathroom with a washing machine. The bedrooms overlook the large and wonderful terrace with swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers. Private parking spot. Pets allowed upon request at an additional cost of €100.00 per pet. The space The house can accommodate a maximum of five people; built on two floors, on the ground floor we find a modern living room kitchen with sofa bed, and a terrace with barbecue and breathtaking sea views. The lower floor used as a sleeping area consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), and a bathroom with a washing machine. The bedrooms overlook the large and wonderful swimming pool equipped with deckchairs for a unique relaxation. The tourist village of Costa Paradiso is considered a natural park and is famous for its wild nature, its rocks of surprising shapes carved by the wind, and its crystal clear waters. This holiday home in Sardinia is part of five villas built in typical Sardinian style, located in a unique position by the sea. This small villa is an ideal accommodation for a relaxing vacation by the sea. It is located just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 meters from the beautiful Li Cossi sand beach, which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating in Sardinia. Other small bays are located 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel or simply sunbathe. The vacation apartment has a magnificent sea view and a large outdoor area, perfect for outdoor dining or a barbecue with family or friends. The Mediterranean scrub surrounds the whole area and allows you to enjoy its natural aromas of rosemary, juniper and strawberry tree. The shared pool is equipped with a chaise longue for sunbathing and an outdoor shower. A parking space is reserved for our guests. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request at an extra cost and upon acceptance, provided that they are not allowed on beds and sofas and that they are taken out of the areas pertaining to the property to relieve themselves. To be paid at check-in: - Accommodation tax to be paid in cash upon arrival according to the regulations of the Municipality. - Booking balance if present Please note that the opening and closing dates of the pool are subject to change depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions and approval by the owners. Extra services on request, to be booked up to 2 weeks before arrival: - Linen (sheets and bath towels): - €20.00 per person one-time - Beach towels: €8.00 each one-time - Pets: €100.00 each one-time - Cot/crib: €50.00 each one-off - High chair: €50.00 each one-time Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., compatible with the schedule of our check-in agent, the availability of the villa and the cleaning procedures (therefore not at 4:00 p.m. sharp). - For check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (upon request) there is an additional cost of €30.00. - For check-in from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (upon request) there is an additional fee of €50.00. - In the event of alleged arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff and an additional fee of up to a maximum of €150 will be applied. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the rules of separate collection and dispose of waste correctly as per the instructions that will be provided to you at check-in, dividing into separate bags organic, plastic, glass, paper, cans and dry residue, and placing in the appropriate bins.
