Self contained annexe

A clean and tidy home away from home for business or pleasure. The space The annexe is fully self contained with its own private front and back door. The allocated parking space next to your front door (and bedroom window) has its own 7KW charging point. It is an untethered universal charger so please bring your own charging lead that fits your vehicle. There is a £25 deposit for the use of the EV charger. The electricity cost displayed on the podpoint app is paid daily. Balance remaining from the deposit is paid back to you on your last morning. Inside you will find a recent modern conversion with all that's needed for an enjoyable stay. Please see "Where you'll be" section below for local shops and attractions with postcodes. Guest access The bed sitting room contains a small double bed (120×190cm) with 43" Smart TV opposite. A hanging rail with hangers and shelves is located to the side of the bed. The en suite consists of toilet, basin and shower. Being a full wet room, the facilities are disinfected and washed down after every occupancy ensuring they are always immaculate when you arrive. The kitchen has a two burner hob, electric mini oven with grill, fridge, freezer, toaster, and a kettle. Cutlery and crockery for two is provided.
