Short drives or walks to all the Bays beaches , Devonport colonial village -where you can ferry to Auckland City. Beautiful beaches to explore within an hour Piha, Muriwai , even visit Matakana village and their amazing Saturday farmers markets. The space Mairangi Bay Bach house is down a long drive off the Road , very quiet, private and sunny, shares the drive with two other houses though so we need to be mindful of that, its a small 78sqm architecturally designed home but is not small on style or coziness.
