Should you plan to bring more than two, we must okay this and there will be a $25.00 charger per person, per night. If not notified of additional individuals beyond the two, there will be a $50.00 per person, per night charge. *** Damage charges are at our discretion. There is also a second cabin on the property called the Cozy Cabana. While it is out of sight from the Evergreen it is still close enough should you have a need or want for a second cabin nearby. We have an additional private home located about 35 minutes away heading towards Athens. You may inquire with us or feel free to look it up by searching LITTLE RED BARN HOUSE. Please note that the cabin is tucked just inside the the woods. Although we do everything possible to deter nature’s critters, they do occasionally make an appearance. The most common in our area include mice, flying squirrels and insects include wood roaches, beetles and ants. We appreciate your understanding!
