The space The ranch house is situated 4.5 acres of beautiful Sonoran Desert, right next to Saguaro National Park. The landscaped courtyard and pool area offer a tranquil, clean space with spectacular views and multiple spaces for relaxing outdoors. There is an Arizona Room that is screened in and overlooks the pool and courtyard. Relax in the heated spa, or throw dinner on the grill in the courtyard Ramada. The kitchen is complete with all amenities, convection ovens, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and butcher block, adjacent sous chef prep kitchen, and looks out over the courtyard and pool. Take advantage of the Ramada with built in BBQ and lights, or relax and read a book in the Arizona room. Split bedroom floor plan, formal dining room and living room, bonus kitchen prep room, office/library, and fun room with extra bed leaves plenty of space for everyone and room to entertain. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom ranch house and the surrounding 4.5 acres of property. This includes the saltwater pool, spa, Ramada, and all indoor living spaces. Enjoy a seamless arrival with our easy self check-in process via a secure keyless entry system. Pool service occurs weekly, and yard maintenance is performed monthly. Our teams are instructed to be as discreet as possible to ensure your privacy and comfort.
